- Booking Cancellation:
• Customers may cancel their bookings at any time.
• Cancellation requests must be made via email or phone to our reservations team.
- Refund Policy:
• More than 15 days before travel: Full refund minus 10% service charge.
• 8–14 days before travel: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• 7 days or less before travel: No refund applicable.
- Partial Cancellations:
• If you cancel part of a package (e.g., specific tours or services), charges will be applied proportionally.
- No-Shows:
• Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
- Changes to Booking:
• Any changes in travel dates, itinerary, or guest details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Force Majeure:
• Kashmir Dream Travels is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
