1. Bookings & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or advance payment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed price.

2. Payment Policy

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your tour package.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations are accepted via email or phone.
• Refunds will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 15 days before travel: Full refund minus 10% service charge
  • 8–14 days before travel: 50% refund
  • 7 days or less: No refund

4. Changes & Modifications

• Changes to travel dates, itinerary, or guest details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Kashmir Dream Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or natural disasters.

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

6. Force Majeure

• Kashmir Dream Travels is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

7. Conduct & Responsibility

• Travelers are expected to follow local laws, cultural norms, and guidelines provided by our staff.
• Any damage caused to property or accommodations due to negligence may incur additional charges.
